Last Wednesday I spent some time in Amsterdam together with my Yashica Mat 124. A lovely little twin lens 6×6 reflex camera that is absolutely stunning to photograph with. Medium Format brings so much natural depth in the pictures, it is amazing. The limit of only 12 pictures on the 120mm roll pushes me to only focus on that what if important and think three times before shooting. It was however super cold so I didn’t want to spent too much time outside. My hands where freezing all the time, so I warmed them up with my ski gloves in between shots. Well, here are 9 out of 12 pictures I shot, all on the same roll. Just to think, 9 out of 12 is a high succes rate! That is what film and medium format brings you! I hope you will like them!
